Lyle did outstanding work. I originally hired a local company that totally destroyed my cherrywood floors. The first time I spoke with Lyle, he drove straight to my home which was an hour away, on a weekend evening to inspect the damage. He assured me that he would make the floor look fantastic again. He did just that! Not only did he repair and bring back to life this originally beautiful floor but he did the job on a holiday weekend so that my family could move into the home in a timely manner! Lyle went above and beyound. Such a great job and such a kind, incredible person. Let S&W Hardwood be your only consideration for all your hardwood floor needs! S&W Floors is very, very good!  If you are reading this review, there's no need to go anywhere else. Our realtor used S&W Floors for her home remodel and offered them as a recommendation for refinishing our floors. Our floors were trashed from years of dogs, kids and day to day living. We live in every inch of our home and the floors were in incredibly rough shape.  We had them refinished about 15 years ago, but the individual who did them, did a very poor job. He actually made the floors worse.  I wish I knew of S&W Floors back then because I would have definitely used them. Lyle (Owner) was very accommodating with scheduling a time to come out and provide a quote. The pricing was competitive and the workmanship is impeccable.  Our floors look better than they did when we first built our home!  Lyle is a perfectionist and will treat your floors as if they are in his own home. Great group of guys...very good job, and very trustworthy.  We left to take our daughter back to college in TN and left him and his crew with the code to our home. So glad I chose S&W. Lyle did an outstanding job explaining the different stains and finishes and we went with the Swedish Finish and couldn't be happier. I have attached a before (left) and after (right) and you can see how the grain pops compared to our old stain and finish. Lyle and his team were top notch and they followed up after the job and we were so pleased. Not trying to reiterate another reviewer but it's true, you would be crazy not to chose S&W for your floors. Lyle did an amazing job with 17 yr old oak flooring. He brought it back to life and was able to add an additional 200+ sq ft and you can't tell the difference. I wish we would have done this sooner. Rates were about 1/2 what others wanted to charge and he was careful, and respectful with my home throughout the process. Lyle at S&W was a pleasure to work with. For our remodel, we decided to get rid of carpet in our family room,  office, upstairs hallway, and change the floor color of the existing red oak hardwood throughout and also our stairs.   Lyle and his crew were professional, courteous , and always accommodating.  We had an issue with a different sub contractor finishing up some trim on the day Lyle was supposed to stain/seal.  Lyle was very professional about it and was even willing to come in on the morning of 4th of July to accommodate. His pricing was very competitive with the others and our floors turned out awesome.  We couldn’t be more happy with his service.  I would highly recommend.
